Our new event app is at the forefront of this mission, designed to empower event organisers and elevate attendee engagement. We’re on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients derive maximum value from this exciting new tool.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who utilise our event app. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success in using our platform to enhance their events.
• Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our event app platform. Provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in utilising all features and functionalities effectively.
• Proactive Support and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or challenges. Provide timely and effective support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure seamless operation during events.
• Customer Success Strategy: Contribute to developing and implement strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvements or enhancements based on client feedback and usage patterns.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the events industry.
• Proven track record of fostering positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in working with HubSpot or similar CRM system.
• Expert in Excel.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint.
This is a full-time role based in our Coventry office.
