The Opportunity
We're looking for a customer-obsessed and strategic Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to be a trusted advisor to customers on our SaaS offering. In this role, you'll work closely with our Technical Consultants and Operations teams to drive growth, retention, and profitability within a portfolio of mid-sized customers. You'll leverage strategic sales methodologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and boost commercial outcomes across our Cloud and Hosting solutions.
You will focus on fostering long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and growth, driving revenue and increasing customer retention.

What you will do
Manage a substantial portfolio of customer accounts.
Achieve allocated targets in Retention, Revenue Growth & Profitability.
Build professional relationships with key contacts within accounts.
Undertake activity to track the Commercial market & competitor activity, reporting on a monthly basis.
Build Account revenue streams.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, within Technology or Hosted Services is an essential requirement.
Proven experience previously selling SaaS or IaaS, cloud solutions is required.
Proven experience with mid-sized corporate clients.
Familiarity with the Challenger sales model is desirable.
Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Customer-obsessed.
Technical background is highly desirable.
