Who We Are
We are a fast-growing online golf fitness coaching company helping serious golfers play better, move better and stay injury-free.
Our clients are predominantly professional males aged 30-60 across Australia and the USA.
We are a small, expert team with big ambitions, and we need a key person to own our client relationships.
The Role
Your one job is to make sure our clients get results, feel supported, and keep coming back. You will run onboarding calls, check in on at-risk clients, manage program renewals, and re-engage past clients.
You will report directly to the founder with a weekly retention dashboard. This is not a sales role. This is not a coaching role. This is a relationship role with a direct commercial impact.
What We Need From You
You are a natural on the phone, and you genuinely enjoy building relationships with driven, successful people.
You have experience in customer success.
You are organised, commercially aware, and proactive. An interest in golf or fitness is a genuine bonus.
