You will own the "Success Stack," optimizing our CRM integrations (Salesforce/Gainsight) and creating the reporting frameworks that give our leadership team a clear view of account health and renewal risk. You’ll be tasked with identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey and deploying operational fixes that allow our CSMs to spend less time on admin and more time on strategy.
