Operations Specialist, you’ll partner with sales teams to streamline processes, resolve policy issues, and create tools that boost efficiency. About the Role: Support the TR Sales Organization by delivering timely, accurate operational reporting and actionable insights to drive effectiveness across renewals and customer success. Partner closely with Commercial Excellence and Finance to streamline and provide dependable data throughout the sales process. Develop and deliver reporting insights aligned with Commercial Excellence and broader sales objectives. Leverage tools such as Alteryx, Oracle, and others to aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources, creating efficient data lakes. Build dynamic, user-friendly tools and executive-level reports that are accurate, visually appealing, and easy to digest. Identify trends, future reporting needs, and opportunities to simplify and consolidate key data elements. Conduct deep dives and statistical analysis to uncover trends, risks, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with sales operations and finance to execute reporting requirements and support Commercial Excellence initiatives.
