Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Onboarding and Training: Assist clients and candidates through onboarding, providing training on our tools and services.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and analyze reports to deliver valuable insights.
• RPA Automation: Support clients with RPA tools, offering troubleshooting and guidance.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to help refine and enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates; 1-2 years in customer success or related fields is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Technical aptitude for RPA tools is beneficial.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
