Roles & Responsibilities :
• Successfully manage renewals with existing clients on a timely basis
• Create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling on a quarterly basis
• Manage pipeline and ensure quarterly renewal and cross-selling targets are achieve
• Nurture and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients
• Focus on customer retention through a consultative approach
• Condut periodic review meetings for monitoring various delivery metrics
• Seek testimonials and reviews from clients to further enhance the brand SoftwareSuggest
• Monitor NPS score of clients and proactively work towards achieving desired behnchmark
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and also manage the team.
