Do you have a knack for sniffing out a great customer story? A passion to bring to the life the wins, achievements, and successes businesses experience by partnering with Fusion5?



We’re looking for a Customer Success Story Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and crafting inspirational stories, highlighting how customers have successfully used Fusion5’s products and services to achieve their goals. You will work closely with internal teams to source these stories and present them in a compelling format for marketing and sales purposes. A dynamic role which requires excellent communication, stakeholder management and copywriting skills – no two days will be the same! Based in Auckland, Melbourne, or Sydney.



Key Responsibilities

Identify potential success stories by proactively reaching out to customers who have achieved significant positive results.
Conduct customer interviews to gather insights into challenges, product usage, and outcomes.
Craft compelling narratives, incorporating quotes, data, and visuals to showcase the customer’s journey and achievements.
Develop detailed case studies outlining the customer’s situation, problem, solution, and results.
Adapt success stories for various marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, presentations, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to leverage success stories for brand credibility and lead generation.
Track customer go-lives and follow up at key milestones (e.g., six months post-ERP implementation) to assess potential case study opportunities.
Maintain a repository of testimonials, quotes, and marketing assets that can be used across different campaigns.
Project manage the creation of Video Case studies where appropriate.


Key Skills & Experience

3–5 years of copywriting experience in a similar industry, preferably with a background in content marketing, journalism, or storytelling.
Investigative journalist mindset with the ability to research, ask the right questions, and uncover compelling success stories.
Strong communication and interviewing skills to extract key information from customers and translate it into impactful stories.
Marketing and PR acumen to leverage customer success stories for brand-building and demand generation.
Project management and coordination experience to oversee success story projects, follow up with customers, and track case study progress.
Analytical experience to assess the effectiveness of customer success content and optimize its use.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, customer engagement, sales enablement, and PR. Fusion5 is a Systems Integration expert that thrives on digitally transforming businesses. The projects are technical, but we solve human problems, and we need someone who can turn “tech speak” into stories that real people can relate to.
