Designation: Process Executive
Job Role:
• Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
• E-Commerce Blended Process
• Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
• Rotational Shift
Requirements
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good technical knowledge
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Must have Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced both are eligible
• Rotational Shift/ Flexible to work in Night shifts
