Customer Support Advisor
To deliver world class service and go out of your way to find solutions and make our Traya users delighted in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
● Prompt with responses & give accurate solutions for our users over Emails & Calls with maximum customer satisfaction.
● Regular follow-ups and build and nurture relationships to deliver quality service over Emails & Calls on every interaction.
● To ensure complete ownership of customer Queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services.
● List down necessary information and suggest best solutions that benefit the customer keeping customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality on top.
● Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.
● Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decisioning process.
● To collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem of Traya to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
● To prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
