Treshna Enterprises is a high-end software development company with an emphasis in using open source tools, based within central Christchurch. We've been developing software (GymMaster) for a range of industries over multiple platforms since 1++5.
With an ethical approach, we work closely with our clients to develop products that have a global reach.
Your main role is to provide technical and operational support to our GymMaster customers worldwide. You will be joining a team of support / developers resolving all issues via email and phone calls.
We are looking for people with great service and communication skills, who believe in placing a priority on the customer experience. You will be training our clients in the use of our software so ideally you will have some experience in the area of customer service and training.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming support calls
Answering email support tickets
Carrying out scheduled training with clients
Answering phone based sales inquiries and passing on to the sales team for further follow up
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, confident on the phone
Basic computer IT skills
Good time management
Self motivated and goal orientated
Be able to work unsupervised
An analytical approach to problem solving and the patience to work through a range of queries
