ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-

Inbound call center experience is required.

Emails and chats process experience can be considered.

Excellent communication, written English, Interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving skills.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize better customer experience.

Flexibility to work various shifts.

Looking for immediate joiners

He/she should be good at Email Chat.

Strategic Plan, Execute, & assess the performance of individual CRM program Strategy within the internal team.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS-

Candidates preferred from a Fashion Background.

1-5yrs of experience in customer support is preferred.

A team oriented and targets driven
