Job Description:
• A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role (training provided)
• Working knowledge of modern web applications including but not limited to Salesforce/ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, Customer Portals & MS Office
• Working knowledge of entering orders, running order related transactions in SAP will be a huge advantage (training provided)
• Persistence to achieve a high volume of case activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
• The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in distribution of cases from incoming queue to appropriate queue
• Action cases that can be answered thru email (price and availability for parts and equipment, document retrieval, shipping information, shipping date, etc.)
• Manage cases and update the ticketing system (Salesforce)
• Work closely and collaboratively with Customers, Field Sales Representatives and other members of Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate
• Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
• Overlap with EST morning time for status update
