The Candidate is responsible for handling Calls over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Qualifications
The candidate should have completed their Bachelor's
Candidates from customer support background would be preferred (voice process)
0-6 months experience
Good communication skills both in Tamil and English
Note: Females preferred.
