Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th pass + 3 years of Experience
Experience: 1 - 2 years of Experience in Customer Support (International inbound calling experience required)
Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Role & Responsibilities
• Handling inbound calls from the candidates.
• Resolve queries of the candidates.
• Able to maintain professional email communication with candidates.
• Able to maintain reports and database of candidates
• Provide a stellar candidate experience to all candidates
Key skills
• Excellent communication verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer Service/Support
• Ability to build and maintain strong networks
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
