Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Associates – Voice to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Telugu. The role involves handling inbound voice calls from customers and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries over voice calls.
Provide accurate, timely information and effective solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Follow company communication protocols and compliance policies.
Collaborate with the team for seamless and efficient operations.
Shift Details:
Work Hours: + hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational off)
Shifts: Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
Common Shifts: + AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM
Late Shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 6 PM – 3 AM
Transportation: Company-arranged drop-off service for shifts ending after +:30 PM
