About the role
As a Customer Support Consultant at connectnow, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers, clients, and partners. Working closely with our REA partners, Field Sales, and Operations teams, you’ll deliver exceptional post-sale support, manage escalations, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In this office-based role, you’ll handle inbound phone and email enquiries, set up and maintain REA partner profiles, process sales data in Moveworks, and keep customer information accurate and up to date. You’ll also identify and address recurring issues that impact service quality.
Success in this role calls for strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues quickly and efficiently, helping retain sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Support our partners and teams by providing high-quality administrative assistance to Business Development Managers, real estate partners, and clients.
Operate across multiple systems with confidence, managing data accurately and efficiently to keep processes running smoothly.
Champion compliance and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring all regulatory standards and company values are upheld.
Foster a safe and positive workplace, living the AGL values and prioritising both physical and mental wellbeing.
About you:
Previous demonstrated customer service, sales or account management experience
Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our customers.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm & some Saturdays between 9am – 1pm.
