Ventia’s Operations Centre has x3 casual opportunities offering stable employment for a minimum of 6 months. Our call centre is located in the heart of the Parramatta CBD, close to public transport.

At the Ventia Operations Centre, we work closely with a diverse range of clients. This exciting role will be specifically dealing with our clients within the Housing industry.

The roles will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days per week across Monday to Sunday. The shift times on offer are varied between 7am to 7pm. The position offers $34.58 per hour under our Clerks Award > Adult Level 3 + extra $$ for weekend shifts.

A day in the life:
Provide high-quality customer service by telephone and email as well as other administrative tasks. Calls will range in complexity but predominantly you will be taking requests for maintenance work, checking work order progress and ad hoc follow up relevant to work orders.

Respond to medium volume inbound calls from Housing clients.
Match client needs to solutions and first call resolutions.
Manage and provide exceptional customer experience through dispatching work orders.
Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution.
Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents.

What you bring to the role:
Previous customer service, trade coordinator or call centre experience desirable.
Have strong passion for customer experience.
Effective communication skills.
Must be tech savvy, have strong keyboard skills.
You enjoy a fast paced, medium/high-volume environment.
