Roles & Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to application usage, data discrepancies, integration issues, and real-time monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues in coordination with development and QA teams.
Manage support tickets, prioritize issues based on impact, and ensure timely resolution.
Guide customers through onboarding, application setup, API integration, and usage best practices.
Provide training, documentation, and support resources to help customers effectively use the platform.
Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback, usability issues, or potential feature improvements.
Monitor platform performance metrics and proactively identify anomalies or outages.
Ensure compliance support by helping customers understand reporting tools and dashboards aligned with CPCB / SPCB / EPA norms.
Maintain accurate logs and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Environmental, or similar).
2–5 years of experience in technical/customer support, preferably in industrial systems, instrumentation, or emission monitoring domain.
Strong understanding of emission monitoring technologies, CEMS, AQMS, and related regulatory standards (e.g., CPCB, EPA).
Hands-on experience with industrial software tools, PLCs, or SCADA will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Clear communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites (if required).
