Job Description
Responsible for Service / Support of Laptops & Desktops. Should have sufficient knowledge of Computer Hardware (PC Products) and Microsoft Stand Alone OS (Windows 10/11). Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of PC Products is a MUST. Basic Knowledge of Computer Server Installation / Configuration is preferable (Windows Server & Remote Desktop).
Minimum 3-4 Years’ Experience in Servicing Corporate / Institutional Clients.
