???? Location: On-Site Only – SVD Originals, Pathergatti, Near Madina, Charminar, Hyderabad – 500002
???? Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
???? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
???? Immediate Joiners Preferred
???? About the Role:
SVD Originals is hiring two Customer Support Executives to handle chat and call support through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone. This role also includes managing order exchanges and checking delivery details using tools like Delhivery and internal inventory software.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat and calls
• Respond to WhatsApp and Facebook/Instagram messages/comments
• Manage order exchanges using inventory software
• Track orders and delivery updates using the Delhivery dashboard
• Work with Google Sheets and internal systems
• Coordinate with packing/logistics teams to resolve issues
• ✅ Open Positions:
• Hindi + English Support Executive
• Hindi + English + Telugu Support Executive
???? Requirements:
• Fluent in required languages for the respective position
• Strong English grammar and communication skills
• Good knowledge of computers, inventory tools, and Delhivery dashboard
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
• Experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
• This is an on-site role only – no remote work
