Skills & Requirements:

* 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

* Fluent in English and Hindi – both written and verbal communication is a must

* Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ticketing or CRM software

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
