* Should have knowledge of Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA, KRAs, KPIs

* Should have experience in handling the team of at least sales agents

* Candidate have experience in hardcore sales

* Candidate have must experience in US Sales / International Sales

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Age upto 35 Years
