Job Summary
We are looking for a polite and
well-organised Male Customer Support Executive with good communication skill in
Hindi / English or Any South Indian Language(Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam)
Responsibilities and Duties

Smartly Respond to feedback calls or
queries from clients and give after-sales support when required.

Resolve the queries over phone call
with accuracy and timeliness.
Required Experience, Skills and
Qualifications

The desired candidate should be
polite in speaking as he will be on phone throughout.

He should have ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority.
·
Strong customer managing skills
preferred.
·
The desired candidate should have
prior experience of customer support and should be good with resolving queries
instantly.
·
Language : Hindi + English OR
English with any south Indian Language
·
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Note
: 6 days Working. Sunday is working.
Saturday is Off
