Job Description
Expertise in Reservations, Fares, Routings, Client handling, e- Ticketing.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
To Record all the Documents the candidate Has Provided.
Help candidates with their accommodation.
Stay educated on airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
Help candidates for competency tests.
Track the Progress of candidates Visa.
Keeping candidate Up to Date with Their Visa Progress.
Quarterly Reviewing all candidate Cases to Ensure all Applications are Being Processed.
Maintaining all Client Communication and Record all Information in Crm.
Follow up and maintain relation with Candidates.
Required candidate skills:
Willing to work from the office.
Self -Motivated. Enthusiastic. Team Player. Flexible. Oral and written communication skills. Time-management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to interact, communicate effectively.
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
