Job Description
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or related role in a tech company is a must.
• Should be comfortable/with prior experience with CRM/ticketing systems like ZohoDesk, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.
• Comfortable with consumer tech products/apps.
• Understanding how they work.
• Excellent communication skills in writing/speaking.
• Comfortable talking with users on phone to issue solutions as the need may be.
• Work with multiple departments to solution out the user problem.
• Ability to multitask/ work under chaotic situations.
• Flexible in work timings.
• Self-disciplined and energetic to work in a high-growth startup with multiple challenges each day.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and any other analytical tools would be a plus.
