Customer Support Executive Responsibilities: -
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Should have a good grasp of new software solutions and products knowledge.
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
Support Needs to Be Provided Over Phone, Email, Ticketing Solution & Chat
