Job description:
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone, whatsapp and e-mail inquiries regarding products and Orders.Assist with complaints or issuesDeal with orders in the back office and liaise with logisticsFollow-up on all customer order tracking and issues to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industryManage ongoing customer relationshipsDevelop collaborative, positive working relationships with staffBe a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.Maintain and update regular client feedback and develop customer retention strategy.Follow up with Logistics and ensure that the orders reach the customers on time.
Job requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for any companyQuick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising programOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speechProactive personality and self-motivatorDemonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environmentProven to be organized, methodical, rigorousGood at MS Office including MS excel, Email.
