Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will provide an industry-leading experience to customers, delivering moments that matter at every point of contact. They will play a pivotal role in retaining and building upon our existing customer base, by delivering a first contact resolution and acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Must be good in follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
· Ideal candidate would be an initiator, organized with eagerness to learn and be part of an expanding team and the required training will be provided.
· Build and maintain customer relationships in support of Customer Onboarding and Customer retention.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Must have excellent English language communication skills.
· Candidate with at least 6 months of experience in International Outbound will be preferred.
· Intermediate Knowledge of Excel
· Qualification: Graduate Fresher or Undergraduate
· Shift: Morning Shift (fixed)
· Qualification: 12th minimum/Graduate
