Job Description
✓ The role will be the first point of contact for customer support requests.
✓ Coordinator will create tickets and route the calls to available field technician/engineer.
✓ Accurately documenting customer interactions and project work.
✓ Maintenance and clean-up of the ticketing system to ensure open tickets are in progress and on track to resolution.
✓ Emergency escalation and notification to other departments when required
✓ Provide updates to customers during outage incidents via phone and email
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
