Job Description
Customer Support Executive | Freshers are Welcome | Work from Office only | Immediate Joining.
Roles and Responsibilities will be as below -
• Handling new incoming chats of the Customers at our web portal and providing complete assistance.
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
• Identify and assess customers' behavior at our web portal and assist them in placing Orders.
• Targeting Abandoned Cart Customers and following up with them via Call/Email.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding our services.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through skilled & interactive communication.
• Track the Shipments of the Orders & make sure of timely deliveries while coordinating with the Customer/Courier Partner.
• Take Feedback from the Customers regarding their experience with the Shipments/Orders placement and share the report on a weekly basis.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
• Sharing weekly reports of the record of Customer interactions.
Qualifications and skills -
• Good Communication Skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience as CSE shall be preferable however Freshers with good communication skills can also be taken into consideration
