Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
To Plan the dispatches of finished goods in coordination with the sales team
Ensuring quality packaging to prevent goods from getting damaged in transit.
Maintaining MIS Sheets (Tracking sheet, fund planning, cost sheet) for monitoring and planning of shipments and cost respectively.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and grievances.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Keep records of calls and note useful information
