Job Description
• Interact with customers on Phone / Emails
• Provide knowledgeable information / clarifications about product details / pricing etc
• Work with internal departments to Resolve customer difficulties with App / Software
• Understand technicality of Web and App based Software
• Enter data in various platforms / reports
