Role/ Responsibilities: Title Activity Archiving New Equipment Installation reports Archiving PM Servicing reports Archiving Contract renewal reports Call Management Receiving customer complaint calls (Average 2 per day and peak 10 per day) Call Management Entering the complaint in One ASP. Call Management Registering Complaints Call Management Inform Service Engineer Call Management Follow-up for Service report completion Call Management Call closure in One ASP. Call Management Generating SPRN in case of Spares requirement Call Management Preparing PM Calendar and sharing it with the engineers Call Management Follow-up with Engineers for PM Kits Call Management Maintaining a Call-log on a daily basis for activities on field and Call center Demo Machines Tracking movements of Demo machines Demo Machines Maintaining a report to update on the whereabouts Quality Replying on the Queries by the Quality team Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly and YTD reports on complaint resolution Reporting Warranty provision monthly report Reporting Publishing monthly Contract status Service Contracts Updating Master contract sheet Service Contracts Follow-up with the customer for Service contract renewals Supply Chain Follow-up with Supply chain for approving SPRN Supply Chain Inventory availability in nearest warehouse Supply Chain Order registration Supply Chain Coordination with Customer Service team Supply Chain SPRN Dispatches by Blue Dart Supply Chain SRN receipt through TNT
