Designation - Customer Care Executive
Process - Email Support Process for US clients
• Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Should have a typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute
• Must have ability to proactively understand customer issues and address it
• Must have Customer Centric approach
• Night shift - (+PM to 6AM)
• Both Fresher's and Experienced Candidates (0-3 Years) are preferred
• Experience in International Customer Care Domain will be an added advantage and preferred
• Educational Qualification: Any Degree
• Salary is negotiable as per the experience and skill set.
