Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Assist in resolving service-related issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution and updates
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Who Can Apply
Graduates from any stream
0–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles (Freshers encouraged)
Strong communication skills in English
Tech-friendly and comfortable with basic software and apps
Preferred: Candidates living within 12 km of Koramangala
Salary & Benefits
Monthly CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience)
