Openings for Customer Support Executive - Rotational/Requirement based Shift
Qualifications:
• 10th,12th, diploma or any degree.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Freshers and Experienced.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and system data entry.
• English (Must) and Hindi (Preferred and added advantage).
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
• Supporting the customer through a ticketing system.
• Resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Providing detailed information to customers.
• Maintaining records of all previous tickets for future reference.
• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Following up with customers for any further information.
• Taking feedback from the customers.
• Contributing the work to the company's knowledge base.
Salary Range:
₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
Shift Timing:
• 6am - 3pm
• 6pm - 3am
• +.15pm - 6.15am
