What You’ll Be Doing
Handling customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls
Helping parents choose sizes, outfits, and combinations
Following up on leads and converting them into orders
Coordinating with warehouse/store for order status updates
Managing exchanges, returns, and issue resolution
Keeping conversations warm, helpful, and human (no robotic replies please )
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who enjoys talking to people (especially parents!)
Good communication skills in Tamil + English (must)
Basic understanding of online shopping / Instagram / WhatsApp
Patience + problem-solving mindset
Able to handle multiple chats without getting overwhelmed
Prior experience in customer support or retail is a bonus
