Fresher/Exp. International Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills during interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Follow company policies and quality standards during calls.

Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
