Job Description
Respond to all client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly (within 2 hours during business hours)
MAs a Customer Support Executive at Raika Photography, you will be the single point of contact for clients after their shoot is complete. You will manage the entire post-shoot experience — from sending raw photos and guiding photo selection, to coordinating with our internal editing and delivery teams to ensure every client receives their final album on time. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role that directly impacts client satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Shoot Client Communication
Share raw/preview photos with clients within the committed timeline via WhatsApp or Google Drive
anage client expectations regarding editing timelines and delivery schedules
Internal Coordination
Liaise with photo editors and video editors to track job progress and flag delays
Maintain a shared delivery tracker and update status for each order in real time
Escalate issues to the studio manager when timelines are at risk
Coordinate with photographers for any re-shoot or missing shot queries
Delivery & Follow-Up
Share final edited photos and videos with clients through organised Drive folders
Collect Google reviews and testimonials post-delivery
Follow up for any pending payments linked to delivery milestones
Maintain records of all client interactions in internal systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
