Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, deliveries, and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts) for issue resolution.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Manage complaints and ensure timely closure.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Multitasking and time management abilities.
Qualification
Graduate in any field preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in customer support / client handling preferred.
