Job Responsibilities:
Provide software support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
Install, configure, and update software applications
Maintain issue logs and support documentation
Coordinate with the development team for unresolved issues
Train users on basic software usage and features
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
