Understand the travel requirements from prospective clients
Responsible for selling international and domestic flight tickets.
Create a quote from the portal.
Compare the prices and provide the best fare to clients.
Issue boarding passes, web check-in.
Assist the customers till the flights take off.
To build good relationships with clients.
Requirement:
Should have customer management skills
Skills to manage the work with flexibility
Soft spoken
Good knowledge of computer(mailings,excel,word,internet)
Fluent in English and Hindi
Local languages (exceptional)
Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and computer operations.
