Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding logistics-related matters, including order status, shipping information, delivery schedules, returns, and any other related concerns.

Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues or concerns promptly, providing appropriate solutions and escalating complex problems to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.

Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.

Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor shipments and track delivery progress to provide customers with real-time updates on their orders, proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise and keeping customers informed.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the customer support system or database. Generate regular reports on common issues, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and sales representatives, to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations and a cohesive customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and logistics processes to provide accurate information and educate customers on features, benefits, and usage guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating empathy, and addressing their needs professionally and courteously.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
