Full Job Description
1. Handling All The Inbound And Outbound Calls Of Customers.
2. Providing Information About Our Rental Plans To All The B2B & B2C Customers.
3. Handling The Customer KYC Verification Process For EV Rentals.
4. Addressing & Solving All The Customer Complaints.
5. Handling Fleet And Vehicle-Related Tasks Such As Pick-Up And Drop Of Vehicles, Maintenance Of Vehicles, Repairing, Monitoring The Vehicles In The GPS Dashboard, Doing Branding Of The Vehicles, Etc.
6. Dealing With B2B Customers For Payment Collection, Repairs, And Damages Payment Collection, Coordinating With Their Supervisors For Solving Vehicle-Related Problems.
7. Dealing With New And Existing Customers, And Potential Leads And Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Money Happens By Calling The Customers Who Have Already Rented A Vehicle From Exa.
8. Handling The Company's Customer Care Phone. 8. Handling Data Entry Of Bookings And Customer Data.
