Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Process Executives for our domestic operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various non-voice tasks, including email communication, chat support, and data entry, primarily catering to customers within the domestic market. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate information, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure efficient data management. This position requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests through email and chat channels in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information entered. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and data accuracy. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge required for the role. Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations while handling customer information. Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all written communications.
