Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our service team on evenings and weekends.
2. The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience in International Voice process. Advantage if worked on sales lead conversion process.
3. Candidate should be excellent in English communication(Written & Verbal) and good with MS Office.
4. The candidate will need to gain comfort with our web port to look up customer information and provide updates on progress.
5. Regular communications with team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction.
6. Comfortable working on festival holidays & in rotational shift, specifically in night shift.
Prefered Candidate:
1. Bachelor's degree is a must.
2. Minimum 1 year experience on International Voice process (Sales support)
3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
4. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
5. A quick learner.
6. Must be comfortable with night shifts.
