2) Ops Interviews – Stability check, communication check, also candidates should be able translate and comprehend the written paragraph in both the language (English and Hindi)
Selected candidates should be submitting the supporting document as per the MSR to the DCT ([email protected]) in PDF format – The responsibilities will lies with Recruiters.

Experience minimum 18 months of BPO Banking experience - Customer Support Experience.
