We are seeking for a dedicated Customer support Executive to coordinate our customers, mechanic and internal teams, and support the management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing the orders efficiently.
Handling both B2C and B2B customers through chat or calls.
Creating tickets and managing accordingly.
Assigning orders to mechanics and ensuring the order is fulfilled efficiently.
Follow-up with customers and mechanics.
Ensure to provide the best customer experience.
Creating daily reports in terms of order counts.
