About the Position
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Customer Support Executive, who will assist both Houssed’s B2C and B2B clients. In this role, you’ll be managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, resolving customer complaints, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, relaying extensive product information to customers, and more.
Requirements
A skilled communicator, able to seamlessly communicate in English.
Possess basic knowledge of MS Office.
